Green Spring Technology Attended Vitafoods Asia 2004 with New Products

From September 18th to 20th, 2024, Vitafoods Asia, which attracts global attention, was held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Thailand's No.1 convention center.

After the debut of CPHI Korea in August, Greenspring Technology landed in Southeast Asia with more than 20 products, showcasing from sweeteners (Stevia, Luo Han Guo Extract, Aloeverose, Erythritol, Tagatose), enzyme series (Pineapple Protease, Papain), fruit and vegetable powders (Tomato Powder, Collard Greens Powder, Blueberry Powder, Spinach Powder) to natural coloring series. Natural pigment series is our main product in this exhibition, the main displays are algal blue protein, pterostilbene powder, beet red, chlorophyll copper sodium salt, and beta carotene.

Especially beet red pigment, a natural food additive made from an aqueous extract of red beet by spraying and drying, which is easily soluble in water and has good dyeing properties, good stability, and is natural and green. The beet red pigment has a bright color, uniform coloring, no odor, and good coloring function. Beet red pigment is widely used in the coloring of beverages, ice cream, some wines, candies, pastries, meat products, and many other foods.
